D.C.I. & Elite Home Staging

Home Staging is a secondary supportive service offered by D.C.I. It evolved from many of our clients who were downsizing or relocating and accumulating excess furnishing in our warehouse. 

Often key furnishings convey with the property and we are asked to build a theme around those items to provide additional interest while enhancing the area’s dimension. Other times the dwelling is being sold as a turnkey. The new owner just needs to arrive with his or her suite case and with an advance notice we can even provide the basic meal provisions and toiletries enabling you a jump-start in your new environment.
